  1. Hi,

My name is Kristin Weber and I found Family Matters website when looking for resources for our ADHD group. I am the coordinator of the CHADD O Fallon Satellite Group and am always looking for other groups, organizations, and individuals who are interested in advocating for children and adults with some type of health impairment ADHD, or disability. I started the local CHADD Satellite Group in August 2012, as a way to inform the community about the neurobiological disorder ADHD, as well as to provide support and resources for parents, caregivers, schools, and teachers in our local community. You may access our CHADD website by clicking on the following link, http://www.chadd.net/379 . I am currently one of only two adults, in the entire St. Louis Metro East Area to have completed the course training and requirements to become a Certified Parent - to - Parent Teacher. CHADD offers this unique program, taught by qualified and certified teachers, to help parents navigate the challenges of ADHD across the lifespan. ( CHADD does NOT endorse any treatment, medication, provider, publication, service or product. )

I would love to connect with your organization through linked in and possibily have our monthly support groups listed on the family matters website. I look forward to your response.

    Sincerely,

    Kristin Weber

Parent to Parent Certified Teacher ( CHADD )
